Shipping and Delivery Policy

Areas of Delivery

Products will only be shipped to countries within the European Union. We will only ship Products to the billing address of the card with which payment is made.

Shipping and Handling

We will charge you £10 for deliveries made within the UK and £30 for deliveries to all other European Union destinations, or such other delivery charges notified to you at the time you place your order.

All shipments require a signature on delivery. We recommend you inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it.

Your order will typically arrive within 1-3 working days, depending on the destination, following the date of despatch set out in the Order Confirmation.  This is an estimate only and should not be treated as a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery Problems

If you have not received your order within 5 days from the date of the Order Confirmation, please contact us via email: NetStore@mikimoto.co.uk or by phone at +44 (0)20 7399 9860 (Mon-Fri, 9.30am to 5.30pm, London time). Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the contents of the package. If there are any discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received, proceed according to our Exchange and Return Policy.

Packaging and Gift Wrapping

All orders are gift wrapped in MIKIMOTO signature boxes with our original ribbons.
