Shipping

We offer free shipping and packaging for all orders.

We will only ship our products to a UK address. If you wish to ship outside the UK, please email store@mikimoto.co.uk or call us on +44 (0)20 7399 9860 (Mon-Fri, 10.30am to 5.30pm, London time).

Orders placed before midday are usually dispatched the same day, orders after midday are usually dispatched within one working day, with the exception of weekends and Bank Holidays. Due to the nature of the product and it being held over the weekend in warehouses, orders received on Fridays are usually dispatched on the following Monday. All shipments require a signature on delivery.

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery as standard (though may use another service at our discretion), your order should be with you by 1 pm on the next working day following the shipping confirmation email. There are exceptions in some postcodes.

Exchanges and Returns

General provisions applicable to all returns

Returns may be made in person or sent to our London branch.

We are unable to accept returns of products purchased via this website at any other Mikimoto store.

Incorrect, damaged or defective Products

If, on delivery, you find any product comprised in your order to be incorrect, damaged, or otherwise defective, please contact us as soon as possible (and in any event within 30 days of delivery of the product to you) via email: Email store@mikimoto.co.uk or by phone at +44 (0)20 7399 9860 (Mon-Fri, 10.30am to 5.30pm, London time) and return the products to us in the same condition in which you received them. Please also remember to include your receipt or other proof of purchase.

After examination, we will refund any original delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us (please also ensure you provide details of these costs, and if requested evidence of such costs), in addition to the full price of the product as soon as possible.

Returning Products for any other reason

You may return for a refund products purchased through our website if you return them in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of the date of arrival of the product to you. Please also remember to include your receipt or other proof of purchase. We regret that we are unable to refund any products that have been removed from their original packaging or suffered any damage or impairment attributable to your use of the product. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.
