・The metal closure can be opened to replace the elastic. Please do not attempt to open it yourself, as this may cause damage to the piece.
・Please refrain from using your jewellery for any purpose other than its intended use.
・Always put your jewellery on after applying makeup, perfume, hairspray or any other cosmetic products. Avoid any contact with chemicals, water and humidity, as these can damage the elastic and change the color and luster of your jewellery.

MAINTENANCE
・We recommend replacing the elastic every 12 months, even if it still functions properly. To have it replaced, please consult one of our salesperson at your nearest Mikimoto store. Repair service is available for a charge.
・It is also important to regularly check your jewellery for signs of damage or wear and tear. When the elastic starts to stretch out, it is time to replace it.
